Resena is a rice shochu from Ohishi. This distillery enjoys the Kuma-Shochu appellation, as it is the closest to the source of the Kuma-Gawa torrent-river.
This geographical location enables the distillery to use the purest water possible.
This shochu is made from high-quality sake rice grown in local rice fields.
Following distillation in 2017 under reduced pressure, this eau-de-vie benefited from 4 years of maturation in enameled vats as well as a reduction to 25°.
