This Galabé syrup is produced by the family micro-sugar factory Payet & Rivière. Located in Sainte-Suzanne in the north of Reunion Island, this house is today one of the oldest sugar farms on the island.
Production is made from pure sugar cane juice. Coming from plots managed in organic farming on a volcanic and tropical terroir, they are harvested by hand.
The processing of cane juice follows an ancestral and artisanal method.
Payet & Rivière does not use any additives, colorings or preservatives. The product is natural and retains all the nutrients present in cane juice.
In syrup form, it is ideal for sweetening your Ti'punch or for adding new flavors to your recipes.
