With this PXXO edition, the Planteray Rum brand revisits the emblematic XO 20th Anniversary vintage.
Better known under the Plantation brand, XO 20th Anniversary is a blend of Barbados rums aged between 12 and 20 years. This vintage was created to celebrate Alexandre Gabriel's 20th anniversary as master blender at Maison Ferrand.
Just like the classic version, the PXXO edition benefits from tropical aging in bourbon barrels, then aging continues in Charente in cognac barrels. However, this expression is distinguished by a final refinement in Pedro Ximenez barrels.
