Rom de Luxe Jamaica Long Pond is a white rum distilled in Jamaica from molasses in the parish of Trelawny.
Long Pond is behind this "high esters" rum bearing the TECC mark.
In fact, this rum possesses extraordinary aromatic power, since this mark corresponds to an ester content of between 1,500 and 1,700 g/hlap. The long fermentation process typical of Jamaican rums is the source of these congeners (volatile substances).
