Pauline's tasting notes
On the nose, alcohol and a few esters dominate on opening. Once open, it's a different story. At last, dried vanilla and coconut come to the fore, and salted caramel reveals itself.
On the palate, the attack is lively, almost burning.
As soon as the fire fades, flavors of nuts and flambéed bananas appear.
In the mid-palate, spices take the ascendancy for a fairly long finish.

On the nose 👃🏻: it's delicious, round and spicy, with an interesting intensity. I get notes of maple syrup, cinnamon, a little vanilla and, above all, a lovely woodiness. The oak is lightly toasted, with a hint of banana and even peach on the fruit side. Aeration makes it lean more towards nuts.
On the palate 👅: this is a smooth, intense Bourbon, well-spiced and fruity on the attack, truly surprising on the first sip as it evolves so much. The second allows us to analyze it better: it confirms to me a nice, clear menthol note at first, refreshing, which precedes that of rye with dried banana. It then switches to our oak wood, here well toasted, with a very greedy maple syrup that spreads out on the palate. The texture is syrupy.
The finish is long and sweet. Here we find a more vanilla note with a little pecan, fading slowly to maple syrup or even honey 👌
Verdict ⚡️: I must say that this is a well-rounded Bourbon, at once round, greedy, rich and intense. The evolution of flavors is particularly captivating, and not so easy to unravel. All you want to do is let yourself be carried away and savor it slowly, without any headaches 🥰 For me, it's a no-brainer, coup de coeur!
