Rum Artesanal Jamaica Clarendon 1995-2021 is a molasses rum selected by the German independent bottler. The initials "EMB" refer to the former Bog Estate mark (closed in 1948), which joins the Wedderburn category. These are heavy, aromatic rums produced by the Monymusk-Clarendon distillery in southern Jamaica.
In July 1995, the rum was distilled in Vendome pot stills. It then benefited from 26 years of barrel ageing, 24 of which in the tropical climate of Clarendon's cellars. Bottling took place in July 2021, at its natural degree.
This unique barrel was used to issue 366 numbered copies.
