Saint James Ephemera n°6 BDF 2006 54,4° : Description and customer reviews

Saint James Ephemera n°6 is a brut de fût from the 2006 vintage. It is the third opus of this now famous collection.
The cellar master of Saint James rums, Marc Sassier, is at the origin of this series of 4 vintages that pays tribute to the great vintages of the distillery.

This AOC Martinique agricultural rum was distilled in a Creole column, then put into 200-liter American oak barrels on December 12, 2006. The barrels were not topped off and were removed on November 18, 2022. The 15 years of aging was done entirely in the tropical climate of Martinique, in the cellars located in Sainte-Marie.
It was bottled in a limited edition of 4910 bottles.

In order to satisfy a greater number of people, we limit sales to one bottle per household. Thank you for your understanding.
