Secha De La Silva Rum Cacao Coffee is a rum-based spirit from Guatemala. It is a tribute to the lush rainforest that it has been named 'Harvest of the Jungle'. The rum has been aged in American oak barrels, toasted and infused with typical rainforest ingredients: cocoa beans and coffee beans. This combination gives the rum a richness and roundness, balanced with full-bodied and intense notes.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose opens with a vanilla sweetness, where one can already guess a nice roundness. The rum is coated with cane sugar syrup and sprinkled with freshly ground coffee. The more you admire the rum in your glass, the more mellow and sweet it becomes. Its fatty side sometimes even leans towards nuts, and in particular towards pruned almonds.
On the palate, the attack is very smooth and greedy, and the rum coats the palate with its flavours of vanilla and other sweet spices. The coffee gradually makes its way in, and spices up the tongue a little more, until it fully releases its flavour.
"A rather subtle and very tasty rum/coffee..."

Not enough information on the product, however, pleasant flavours and pronounced chocolate taste.
