The Caipirinha is the national cocktail of Brazil. Made in the purest Brazilian tradition with cachaça, a brandy made from fresh cane juice, this cocktail also includes lime juice and cane sugar.
Without any additives or preservatives, the Thoquino caipirinha is flavoured with lime peel in the purest Brazilian tradition.
The caipirinha is simply enjoyed on the rocks.
Nico's tasting note
The nose opens with lime, and even a good lemonade. Very slightly alcoholic, the cocktail seems a bit acidic and fresh. You can tell that you can really smell the lime juice. We have a bit of sugar that balances the acidity.
The attack in the mouth is acidic and lemony, once again balanced by a little sugar. No doubt about it, this is definitely a slightly alcoholic caipirinha, to be drunk ice cold.
