Tiki Lovers Pineapple is the result of several weeks' infusion offresh pineapple in a blend of rums.
The blend is composed of white and aged rums from Jamaica (pot still distilled), 3-year-old rum from Barbados, and very young rums from Trinidad and Guyana.

The nose is naturally focused on pineapple, or rather on a rich juice, almost like a purée, a fruit concentrate. The rum is dense and sweet. Aeration adds a gourmet touch, as if the pineapples had been flambéed and caramelized.
On the palate, rum shows pineapple in all its facets. Whether it's fresh, roasted, caramelized or flambéed, it's always just as thick and delicious. Beneath a small film of caramel, we can also detect a highly concentrated Jamaican-style rum.
