Valinch & Mallet The Spirit of Art No 2 - Ten Cane is a curiosity of the rum world. It comes from a distillery whose life has been rather short, but which has had the merit of offering original rums. This is a pure cane juice rum, pot still distilled in Trinidad.
It came off the still in 2008, then spent 4 years in its country of origin. It was then moved to Barbados, following the closure of the distillery. Finally, it crossed the Atlantic to mature for a further 6 years in Great Britain. 307 bottles were produced for this single cask.
The artist featured on the back of the bottle is Diego Zangirolami, with a work entitled "The sacred wood".
