This Legendary marques DOK is a creation of bottler Warehouse #1 produced for the Salon du Rhum 2023.
From the Hampden distillery, this is a molasses rum with an ester content approaching 1600 gr/hlap. This corresponds to the DOK mark (for Dermot Owen Kelly-Lawson).
Aged on the continent in a single new American oak barrel, this cuvée has an age of 12 months.

It's definitely DOK, with 20° less. I might feel less timid about 1 year after the keel has been shouldered. Very good.
