Bristol Classic Rum

Bristol Classic Rum is the rum brand of Bristol Spirits, an independent English bottler and importer of rum. Aging usually takes place in Bristol, in a cool, damp cellar, sometimes with a change of cask for "finishing".

Bristol Spirits bottles and distributes rum as well as cognac, armagnac, whisky... Some fifteen different rums are on offer.

Its president, John Barrett, is particularly careful to respect the rules he has set himself: no blending (a single still, or even a single cask), no coloring and no filtration (or only light filtration). Read less
