Crystal Head
Crystal Head Vodka was created and financed in 2007 through Globefill Inc. by John Alexander, an American painter, and Dan Aykroyd, the Canadian actor who made his name in the legendary films "The Blues Brothers", "Ghostbusters" and "A Couple of Chairs".
This vodka is produced in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada's easternmost province, located northeast of Quebec.
It has the ambition to be the purest in the world.
It has the particularity of being distilled 4 times, and filtered 7 times, the last 3 of which through double-terminated quartz crystals called "Herkimer diamonds".
It is also - as you can see immediately when you look at the bottle - a great marketing product with a bottle shaped like a human skull, the "Crystal Skull". This bottle is made by the Milanese glassmaker Bruni Glass.
