Edwart Chocolatier
Edwart is a talented French artisan-chocolatier with 4 stores in his native Paris.
We met him when we were visiting rum fairs, and immediately hit upon the theme of "food pairing", and in particular, of course, the alliance between spirits and chocolate. We're planning workshops with him on this theme.
In the meantime, we've chosen to make some of these boxes available on our site, including the famous "terre de fût", which combines various spirits, including rum, with chocolate.
Edwart chocolates should be stored between 15° and 18° in a dry, odorless place, away from light. Read less
