Boulevardier

The opinion of Damien, our globe-trotting bartender

A twist on the Negroni that would come straight from the US, if we were to base ourselves on its main ingredient. And yet its origin is linked to the French connotation of its name. The boulevardier would have been created by an American, but in Paris, at Harry's New York bar , the dean of the Parisian cocktail bar.

My favorite places to taste it:

In Paris: obviously out of historical curiosity, Harry's New York Bar.

Around the world: the Max & Dom whisky bar in Wrocław, Poland for their selection of Bourbon and their beautiful tasting room.
