Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, lemon and pineapple strike the right balance, the acidity of one harmonizing with the exoticism of the other. Naturally, it's the lemon that binds most readily with the rum, entering into communion with the cane juice. Pineapple rounds things out, adding thickness as well.
On the palate, the sweet lemon juice spreads joyfully over the taste buds, reminiscent of a chilled ti'punch. The pineapple juice has cooled and mellowed considerably on contact, appearing fine and light. The cane offers a few vegetal notes before fading away.
