Nico's tasting notes
The nose is surprisingly heady. The rose is effortlessly intoxicating, with a slight peppery edge that's very interesting. Indeed, the latter keeps the liveliness and avoids the sweetness. The nose quickly evolves into a fruit brandy with a hint of stone.
The palate is supple and round, with a velvety, floral flight. The fruit brandy adds just a little bite, and the pepper takes over, warming the tongue. The finish returns to a rosewater that lasts a long time on the palate.
