Arhumatic Poire Rôtie - Poivre (Piperata Pira) is an original creation. It is produced between late autumn and winter, during the pear season. To accompany this sweet, delicate fruit, the people at Arhumatic in Lille have chosen the energy and fruitiness of the timur berry. This spice is also known as "Nepalese grapefruit". It is softened by Tahitensis vanilla and a dash of cane sugar syrup.
Made with agricultural rum from Guadeloupe (Damoiseau), this arrangé will warm your heart all winter long.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose displays a complexity rarely encountered in the field of rhum arrangé. It intrigues with notes of ripe pear, enhanced by hints of citrus, typical of timut pepper.
On the palate, the roundness is well measured, with the delicate touch of pear clearly recognizable. Pepper arrives quietly on the mid-palate, lighting up the taste buds with its fresh citrus notes.
"A very fine success, both from the point of view of textures, contrasts and flavors..."
