Don't be fooled by the colour of this white Chairman's Reserve: it is a blend of rums produced at Saint Lucia Distillery, either in pot stills or in coffey stills, some of which have already been aged in bourbon barrels (separately depending on the type of distillation). Once the blend is made, the whole is filtered to obtain a white rum, perfect for making tasty cocktails.
