Copalli Organic Black Cane is a white rum made from pure cane juice. It is produced in southern Belize, in pot stills, by the Copal Tree distillery.
For this edition, the distillation is done from the juice of a single variety of black cane. The canes come from organic farming just like the yeast which is also organic.
One last ingredient is included in the composition of this rum: rainwater from the canopy.
