This aged agricultural rum comes from the Depaz distillery cellars, where it spent just over 10 years.
Distilled in 2011, aging began on June 15 of the same year in a century-old French Quercus Sessile oak barrel. Each bottle is numbered, and the barrel number is also indicated on the label.
No fewer than 10 casks were selected and bottled one by one as a single cask.
