Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte is a 100% agave tequila, produced with respect for the environment (sustainable agriculture) and the producers.

Tasting notes from Thomas

The nose concentrates aromas of agave, awakened by gray pepper. Fresh cream, caramelized pomelo, white fruit and a delicate whiff of blond tobacco follow, offering a smoky connotation. A touch of starch (sweet potato) and floral notes (magnolia) follow.
The opening reveals paprika and a hint of quinine. The addition of water enhances the fruity aspect without overpowering the other fragrances.

The texture, on the palate, is very fluid and back to basics. The comforting warmth of peppery, creamy agave is enriched by a healthy dose of citrus (lemon, orange) and caramel. The second half of the palate features green almonds, a hint of salt, an iota of chocolate and a mineral touch. Overall, the wine remains fairly smooth despite the spices.
The addition of water reinforces the spices, making the flavors much more mellow.

The finish is moderately long, but the flavors linger on the palate for a long time. The specifications are perfectly met: agave, pepper, salt, citrus, crème fraîche. Then fresh herbs and magnolia combine with a touch of tobacco and olive oil. Dilution adds a touch of green almond and salt.
