The raw material for these Philippine molasses rums comes from sugar cane grown on the Philippine island of Negros.

  • Don Papa Baroko spent several years in ex-bourbon barrels
  • Don Papa 7 ans aged for a minimum of 7 years in bourbon and rioja (a Spanish wine) barrels.
  • Don Papa 10 ans aged in twice-heated American oak barrels (limited edition).
