This cuvée from the Ricci Family aims to embody the astrological sign of Libra, in its Zodiac 2023 collection, through a balanced blend.
Two of the most renowned distilleries are represented. There's a 6-year-old rum from Bielle, and a 9-year-old rum from Hampden. The former is column distilled from pure cane juice, the latter from molasses in pot stills. Both eaux-de-vie were aged in ex-bourbon casks.
Bottling took place after reducing the blend to 50°, to maintain a certain balance.
