This bitter from JM will give roasted cocoa accents to your cocktails.
Made from a maceration of roasted cocoa beans, peanuts, coffee, sarsaparilla branches, lime zest, vanilla pods, and a cinnamon stick. All combined with JM rhum agricole to create this cocktail enhancer.
The cocoa beans come from the cocoa plantation of Habitation Pécoul in Basse-Pointe.
