This rum comes from the Castilla distillery, which also mainly produces rum under its own brand (Fortin).
It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021, after aging in ex-xeres casks.
The raw material used is cane honey, a grade of molasses that is taken very early in the sugar-making process.
This 4th batch produced 3918 bottles.
