Encantada Domaine del Cassou 1987 is a Bas Armagnac made exclusively from the Baco grape variety. This estate is located in the commune of Arthez-d'Armagnac in the Landes region, and some of its plots are over a century old.
The brandy was aged for 34 years in dry cellars, in used red oak barrels. A total of 490 bottles were drawn from this single cask in September 2021. This is a brut de fût bottling, meaning no reduction in alcohol content.
