Head to the Island of Madeira for this Saint Eloi Spirits selection.

The rum was distilled at Engenhos Do Norte from pure cane juice of the ROXA variety.

After aging for 18 months in oak barrels, maturation continued in amphorae. Made of Tuscan terracotta, they allow micro-oxygenation of the eau-de-vie.

This vintage benefited from a slow reduction before bottling.
