Mana'o Marquises is a white rum made from pure single-plot cane juice. This rum is made from ancestral cane varieties from the Marquesas archipelago. More specifically, they come from a valley overlooking Taipivai Bay on the island of Nuku Hiva.
These canes are traditionally cultivated according to the rules of organic farming. After a 5-day fermentation, the pure first-press cane juice is transported and then distilled in a 3,000-liter Holstein still.
Produced in very small batches, this rum showcases a unique and difficult-to-access terroir. Only a small number of bottles of this expression are available in mainland France, and we are pleased to offer it to you.
