This premium liqueur based on Montebello agricultural rum is made with Marie-Galante cane sugar, milk, coconut extract and spices.
Yoann's tasting notes
The nose of this punch is comforting, it is reminiscent of a warm, sweet milk to which a good dose of coconut cream has been added. Its creamy appearance is felt on the nose. Fine notes of spices tickle our nostrils with cinnamon and nutmeg.
On the palate , lime zest and fresh cane juice mark the palate before giving way to creamy coconut milk. The mouth is round and delicious. You might feel like you've eaten a spoonful of coconut-flavored buttercream. This punch leaves an impression of sweetness. Besides the vegetal side of the cane, the rum remains in the background.
The finish is creamy and keeps the common thread, namely coconut.
