Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, it is with a certain freshness and a debonair simplicity that this agricultural rum presents itself to us. The cane has a well-regulated power, simply pleasant, as well as a light spicy patina.
The aeration insists on the pure green and sweet cane juice, just out of the mill. We want to enjoy this nectar straight from the field.
The mouth continues on this freshly pressed cane juice, green / brown and cloudy, full of sugar and promise. From this velvety cane emanate notes of fragrant aromatics that take us to the side of sage, tarragon, with an undisguised desire for greed. The wood adds some touches of nougat, coconut sugar, soft oak, almost putty.
The finish is tasty and round, it keeps this so pleasant sensation of pure cane juice.
"A snapshot of Guadeloupe, with an extremely gourmet freshly pressed cane..."
