Plantation Isle of Fiji is a molasses rum distilled in the Fiji Islands from locally grown sugar cane.
A true signature of the Plantation brand, this rum benefits from a double maturation process, under tropical and continental climates. First, it is aged for 3 years on site in ex-bourbon casks, before being repatriated to France at Maison Ferrand to spend a further 2 years in ex-cognac casks.
