Plantation is heading to the Fiji Islands for this 3rd bottling of the TERRAVERA collection. The latter pays homage to the origins of rum but above all to the regions represented.
This is a vintage of molasses rum distilled in a column still at Rum Co. of Fiji in 2004.
Alexandre Gabriel was selected no less than 18 200 liter ex-bourbon barrels for this blend.
The barrels have spent 17 years in a tropical climate. Aging continued in France for 2 additional years in cognac barrels.
Nothing was added before bottling.
