Plantation Rum Trinidad 2003 is a vintage edition bottled and released in 2016.
This is a traditional molasses rum, vintage 2003, produced by Maison Ferrand under its Plantation brand.
This rum was aged for 8 years in old bourbon casks in the tropics, before being matured for a further 4 years.
The latter was carried out in France, in the cellars of Château de Bonbonnet, in cognac barrels made by Ferrand.
