Rom de Luxe Kong Hjarne is the first in the Vikinger i Kystlandet series, which translates as "Viking of the Coastlands".
This "Caribbean Rum" is a blend that pays tribute to the Viking king Hjarne. The rums in this blend come from Jamaica, Trinidad and Venezuela.
King Hjarne was elected King of Jutland after King Frode. He built his Viking hall at Hjarnø, from where he ruled his kingdom. After taking power, he married Queen Alrune. Hjarne was a strong and fair king, but above all he had the reputation of being a good leader and a skilled warrior. He is also known for his wisdom and ability to make the right decisions in difficult situations.
