Secale 2013 is a rye whisky from the Version Française range. This collection only brings together exceptional French spirits.
This 2013 vintage whisky is produced using a single distillation in an Armagnac still. It is made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley.
The barrel comes from a batch that was used to create the blend of the 2023 Cerealis collection. This vintage can be found here .
For this bottling, it is therefore a single fine-grained oak barrel that contained only 45 liters. The latter gave birth to an exceptional vintage of 61 bottles.
