The Irishman The Harvest is an Irish whiskey so the production is by Bernard Walsh, one of the pioneers of the renaissance of Irish whiskey.
The company is located in Royal Oak, County Carlow, where it has been based since 1999.
This whisky, whose mash bill is composed of a mixture of malted barley and unmalted barley, comes from a blend of single malt and pot still whiskey.
In accordance with Irish tradition, this whiskey is obtained by triple distillation.
For aging, the distillery selects ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
