Tres Hombres edition n° 65 is a selection of rum from Barbados and more precisely from the Foursquare distillery
It is therefore a traditional English molasses rum, distilled in a still and column.
The latter benefited from tropical aging in bourbon barrels for 8 years. The barrels were then selected by the crew of the Tres Hombres sailboat.
This was followed by dynamic aging for 5 months in Pedro Ximenez and Calvados barrels. The schooner crosses the Atlantic by sail only, which allows the rum to be rocked naturally by the swell.
This limited edition bottled in 2023 gave birth to 4,296 bottles.
