The2nd reference in the Steampunk series bottled by France's Zero Nine Spirits takes us to Trinidad.

Grégory and Alain have selected a rum from a house that has been very much in vogue recently, and that we are particularly fond of: Trinidad Distillers Limited.
Produced from molasses in 2006, this cuvée spent 11 years in the tropics, followed by 6 years in a continental climate.
Aging took place in a single American oak barrel.

Bottling without reduction produced 240 units.
