Barbancourt 3 stars is distilled from sugar cane produced in the Cul-de-Sac plain, on the border with the Dominican Republic.
This is a pure cane juice rum that has been double distilled in Limousin oak barrels, as is the case for Charentais brandies. Four years of ageing have allowed the cuvée to develop a beautiful aromatic palette.
On the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the Barbancourt distillery, this rum was presented in a new version since it was previously 40°. Here is the old packaging.
