BM Signature Vin de Paille 12 years is a Jura whisky produced by Bruno Mangin, the founder of the Rouget de Lisle brewery.
This expression has benefited from complete aging in a barrel which previously contained Vin de Paille.
It is a sweet wine with a rather long production process. In fact, it includes a period of drying the grape clusters on a bed of straw after the harvest. Drying can last from 6 weeks to 6 months.
This whisky was aged for 12 years before bottling, which was done without the addition of water. This cask strength single malt is also a single cask.
