Nico's tasting notes
The nose is very spicy, but also very sweet. We're really in the heart of a Christmas gingerbread, a little buttery and caramelized, which could also evoke cardamom shortbread.
The palate is very faithful to what the nose promises, perhaps just a little sweeter. Roundness is the order of the day, and the blend of spices is completely melted, so that it develops its aromas without ever warming the tongue.
