Clément Punch Madras Ananas is a Creole specialty, produced on the Domaine de L'Acajou in Le François, Martinique. This rum liqueur with fruit pieces would be called Rhum Arrangé on Reunion Island, but in the West Indies it's really a Punch.
Made from rhum agricole, of course, but also cane sugar, victoria pineapple and vanilla. Enjoy it chilled, as an aperitif, a digestif, or with dessert...
