In 2023, the Ricci Family launched its collection called Zodiac. Through this series, the breeder/bottler has fun representing each astrological sign.
The 2024 edition of the Taurus sign is the result of a blend of two rums:
- A first rum comes from the Hampden distillery. From the 2014 vintage, it displays the “H” mark and is aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
- A second molasses rum comes from Trinidad. Distilled in a column in 2008, it benefited from 16 years of aging in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
This creation is limited to 400 numbered bottles worldwide.
