Guillaume Ferroni invites us to discover a double-matured rum from Trinidad.

From the 2016 vintage, this molasses rum was aged for 3 years in American oak barrels in the tropics.
Maison Ferroni is behind a second 4-year aging in Roof Rye whisky barrels.

This cuvée has not undergone any reduction in alcohol content prior to bottling.
