Flag Series Vietnam 6 years is an old rum made from pure cane juice from the 2018 vintage. It comes from the Indochina distillery (Sampan) founded in 2018 near Hoi An.
Distilled in an Armagnac copper column still, this expression benefited from 6 years of aging in a single cognac barrel. This is barrel number VN18-CGNC018 which produced 407 bottles.
The Flag collection highlights iconic barrels from rum-producing regions that stand out for their high-flying aromatic profile. Each bottling is done “naturally”, without reduction, coloring or filtration. In addition, the back label includes information such as the distillation date, bottling date, type of barrels used and number of bottles produced.
