HBS La Cuvée Décolage is an agricultural rum produced in Martinique at Habitation Beauséjour. The historic distillery resumed operations in January 2020.
It was distilled in a Sofac copper Armagnac column, then slowly reduced for 10 months with spring water from Mount Pelée.
A total of 2,000 numbered bottles were produced.
