Nine Leaves 5 Year Old 2020 Single Cask PX 60° is a Japanese rum made from black sugar .
Its fermentation, lasting approximately four days, is carried out with rigorously selected local yeasts, in the manner of agricultural rums.
It was then aged for 5 years in ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez casks .
Bottled at cask strength , it is presented as a very limited edition, with only 464 bottles produced.
