Pastis Spigol is made by Maison Ferroni from fresh plants and the famous SPIGOL spice blend.
It is a mixture of spices created by Frederic Espig in 1899. It consists in particular of sweet pepper, turmeric, saffron as well as a mixture of various spices.
The company Espig, now Cepasco Spigol, has been based in Marseille since 1962.
This pastis was born from a meeting between the two companies in 2022. Château des Creissauds pastis from Maison Ferroni is used as a maceration base for this variation.
